holy week has considerably depopulated the university, and the occasional gray cloud passing over the city made a short midmorning after-errand walk around campus cool and pleasant.

i've always liked golden shower blooms. i returned to a small park in campus i passed earlier on the way to an errand (to take photos of the little flowers strewn undisturbed about the cement floor) only to find them already being swept into a pile. awww.
